Team Managers

Christine Smith and Caren Mitchell are the Team Co-Managers.  We are glad that you have
chosen to spend part of your summer with the Huntington Dolphins Swim Team. If you are new to
our swim team, we welcome you to a great group of families dedicated to the enjoyment of
watching their children improve their swimming skills over the next eight weeks. If you are a
returning family, we welcome you back to another fun and rewarding swim season.


About the Team
The Huntington Dolphins Swim Team is member of the Columbia Neighborhood Swim League
(CNSL) sponsored by the Columbia Association. The team works with the league to promote
stronger, safer swimmers and to give swimmers a chance to test their performance in an
atmosphere of fun and good sportsmanship. The purpose of the CNSL is to develop stronger,
safer swimmers, provide a neighborhood athletic activity, introduce children to competitive
swimming and provide this activity in a wholesome setting. Primarily an instructional league, the
CNSL promotes the development of strong character, positive attitudes and a sense of
responsibility.


Communications
Weekly information will be provided to you via the website and pool bulletin board.  You are
encouraged to talk with the coaches after practice, or set up a time that is convenient for
everyone.  Please refrain from talking to the coaches while they are running practice or busy at a
meet. Feel free to contact the team managers at any time.
